Ethan going into surgery

The pictures above are of our little Ethan with his Papa this morning in our family devotions. Ethan crawled over to Derek and Derek put him in his Bumbo Seat next to him. The minute Derek opened his Bible, Ethan was pulling at it, wanting to look at it too! It was so precious, Ethan was so happy! He kept smiling and laughing and we were able to capture it all on film so we wanted to share it with you.
Ethan will be going into surgery tomorrow, July 31st, at 1:30PM. He will be having tubes put in his ears, an endoscopy (scope down his throat) to look for anything that might be causing problems with his health/growth and he will be getting circumcised. We would really appreciate your prayers as Ethan will be under anesthesia and we’d love for him to be able to come home as soon as it’s possible. We will update you on the post-op progress. Hey Derek and Renee! Great to see these pix! I’ll be praying for Ethan as he is in surgery! Am here in KC now and moved in! Will look forward to seeing you all sometime!
I can’t believe how wonderful Ethan looks, so happy and healthy! Isn’t ti amazing what love can do? I’ll be praying for Ethan that everything will go fine and he will heal quickly!
